Something deep within your spirit brought you to this moment, maybe a whisper in your dreams, maybe a weight you’ve carried too long, maybe the sound of your own heartbeat asking for something more. You don’t need to be perfect to walk this Red Road. You just need to be willing.
The Red Road is the Healing Road! When I say this, I'm speaking about a sacred path that restores not just our spirit, but our entire being — heart, mind, body, soul and our connection to all living things. I believe that true wellness is a holistic approach that encompasses all of these. I strive to empower my clients to take control of their own health and well-being and to live in harmony and balance with Mother Earth and The Universe as One.

Body, Mind, Spirit, and Heart
With deep humility and a heart rooted in tradition, I offer sacred space for healing, recovery, wellness, and reconnection to Spirit. I’ve been walking the Red Road of recovery, service, and ceremony for many years.
Through lived experience, ancestral teachings, trauma-informed care, and a foundation in holistic wellness, I walk beside individuals, families, and communities seeking healing in all forms — emotional, spiritual, and physical.
I am also a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, and I believe that caring for our bodies is a sacred act of self-love and survival. Physical wellness, movement, and nutrition are part of our medicine — and I offer support for creating healthy, sustainable habits rooted in balance and culture.
These are some of the programs and circles I am honored to facilitate:
Each person’s healing is sacred. Whether you are seeking guidance, ceremony, or a place to simply be held in community, you are welcome here. We walk together — one step, one breath, one prayer at a time.
"It is an honor to share the sacred teachings entrusted to me by my Elders, while also educating others and raising awareness about the ongoing challenges faced within Indian Country."
