The Red Road is the Healing Road! When I say this, I'm speaking about a sacred path that restores not just our spirit, but our entire being — heart, mind, body, soul and our connection to all living things. I believe that true wellness is a holistic approach that encompasses all of these. I strive to empower my clients to take control of their own health and well-being and to live in harmony and balance with Mother Earth and The Universe as One.

Sarina Kįh Golán Deyol , Citizen of the Chiricahua Apache and Taino Nations, adopted Oglala Lakota, was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Sarina (Windy City) is an International Indigenous Author, Behavioral Health Prevention Specialists, Motivational Speaker, Advocate, Activist, Traditional Ceremony Healer, Mother of 4 and Grandmother to 1. Sarina is highly trained and experienced in various wellness modalities for Substance and Alcohol, Suicide Prevention, Domestic Violence, Peer Recovery Support, Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives, Diabetes Prevention, Fitness, Nutrition, Mental Health and Wellness. Sarina Kįh Golán Deyol is also someone who walks the Daily Red Road Path of recovery and sobriety.

I offer a variety of Indigenous healing, Trauma Informed, recovery programs tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients. Programs include The Medicine Wheel and 12 Steps, Warrior Down Recovery, Mending Broken Hearts for Grief, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention "Talk Saves Livs", Motherhood/Fatherhood is Sacred, Generation Red Road, Talking Circles, Traditional Ceremony, and so much more...
The Talking Circles I hold are a sacred space where we come together in a good way to speak our truth, to listen with our hearts, and to honor the teachings of our ancestors. In these circles, we heal through story, connection, and acceptance. Everyone is welcomed with respect and confidentiality and invited to share at their own pace. These circles are a place to breathe, to remember who we are, and to walk the Red Road with intention and balance.
Each person’s healing is sacred, and your path is honored here. From an Indigenous way of seeing, we know that healing moves in circles through prayer, story, ceremony, and the love we carry for one another. Whether you are seeking guidance, connection, or simply a place where your spirit can rest in community, you are welcome here in a good way.
We walk together with compassion, humility, and the understanding that none of us heals alone.

Each day is an opportunity to walk in balance mind, body, spirit, and heart. Daily Red Road invites us to return to our roots, to honor our ancestors, and to choose healing in every moment. I offer tools and teachings to restore your health, your spirit, and your purpose.
This is not just a program, It's a way of Life.
"It is an honor to share the sacred teachings entrusted to me by my Elders, while also educating others and raising awareness about the ongoing challenges faced within Indian Country."
